...and vision, since I lost my glasses somewhere and cannot for the life of me find them. So, new glasses. And a new phone, so I can happily ignore having to upgrade for a good long while (fucking Brands really don't make 'em like they used to). Plus a french press, but aside with expenditures, thus far, 2020 has been a frantic year of bullshit and fuck, it is only getting started. I have not been drawing much, if due to a shoulder injury from last year, so apologies for a lack of activity. It seems 2020 may be another quiet year for the artist in me. I am alive, just... life does not move fast for me. I have managed to get a rather toxic Brand off my case hopefully for life: Cigarettes. Quit smoking, and frankly, everything smells fucking disgusting now, but food is fucking incredible. Maybe now I can gain some weight. It sounds depressing, but I have been fighting that demon for a very long time. Only recently sat the thing down and talked it out. Not quite like adults

I keep forgetting this journal thing exists, so eh, random update. Alive, just haven't had a whole lot of time to draw. Mostly assets for tabletop that haven't gotten any major need to make public. Well, one or two, maybe. Been working my ass off. That said, this job isn't bad. Few hitches here and there, but it's right up my alley. Not selling artwork or anything, since Starving Artist still applies to my hobby, but gotta say, I am loving having a steady paycheck. Has nothing to do with my degree, of course, as such is the standard of this day and age. Not that I don't plan on using my degree, of course, I just don't expect it to pay off
